The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking the acquisition of pouch and courier services, covering domestic and international areas.
- - The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo requires unclassified pouch delivery to Embassy Mexico, Consulate Nogales, Consular Agency in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, and/or other destinations within Mexico and United States.
- - The address to pick up envelopes and/or packages will be Monterrey No. 141 Pte. Col. Esqueda, C.P. 83260, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
- - Period of performance will be from 07/01/09 through 06/30/2010.
- - Estimated 240 mail pouches minimum, during the effective period.
- - The Consulate General Hermosillo will be sending envelopes with documents, as well as diplomatic pouch with 20 kg. as maximum weight.
- - In addition, the company interested in providing this service must demonstrate reliability and an easy, accurate way to track courier services through all of Mexico and the United States.
- - Consulate General Hermosillo is requiring monthly billing and the use of government credit card as a method of payment.
