New Exchange Rate
As of May 11, 2009, the Embassy of the United States in Mexico and all Consulates General and Consulates will use an official rate of 14.50 Mexican pesos per US Dollar. Therefore, Banamex will now be accepting the following payments for your visa application process:
- For applicants applying for a full validity visa, the payment is 1,900 Mexican pesos.
- For children under 15 applying for a visa the expires the earlier of their 15th birthday or 10 years from the application date, the payment will be 189 Mexican pesos
