Emergency Appointments
For better customer service and only in cases of extreme urgency, the United States Consulate General in Hermosillo will allow expedited visa application appointments. To request an earlier appointment, please follow the instructions below.
- Call for your appointment 01-900-849-49-49.
- Complete the "Emergency Appointment Request Form" found below and submit it.
- Once the email is received we will immediately review your message.
- An Officer will consider your request and you will be contacted about our decision.
Examples of Emergency Appointment requests that may be approved:
- To attend funeral services of immediate family members (brothers/sisters, parents, spouse, and children)
- To obtain emergency medical treatment.
