Emergency Appointments

With the purpose of giving you a better attention and considering cases of extreme emergency, the United States Consulate in Hermosillo has made it available to request earlier appointments. To request an earlier appointment please follow the instructions below.

  1. Call for your appointment 01-900-849-49-49.

  2. Complete the "Emergency Appointment Request Form" found below. Once it is completed you may send it via e-mail: hermoniv@state.gov

  3. Once the email is received we will replay to your message.

Examples of Emergency request:


  • To attend funeral services of immediate family members (Siblings, parents, spouse, and children)

  • Emergency medical treatment.
