Americans visiting or residing in Mexico who have not received satisfactory service from local merchants occasionally send complaints to the Consulate. Please write or fax the American Citizens Services office with the details and documents regarding the matter. We will determine if we are able to take action on your behalf. If we are not, you will be provided with a list of lawyers who can provide help.
